This programme, organised in collaboration with AIACS and valid for the purposes of the annual mandatory FIGC professional update, is designed to provide football agents and industry professionals with a practical and up-to-date overview of the key legal, regulatory and tax developments shaping the international transfer market and the practice of football agents.
Through a focused analysis of the January 2027 edition of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, the latest European Court of Justice rulings concerning football agent regulations, and the most recent developments in the Italian regulatory framework, participants will gain a deeper understanding of both the legal framework governing the profession and the broader sporting, operational and commercial dynamics that influence the work of football agents.
The programme will also examine the principal tax issues affecting foreign agents operating in Italy. It will conclude with a round table discussion on the role of football agents and current transfer market trends, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
